Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS KPI reporting for our PE-backed SaaS business. You will build driver-based models across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow to enable disciplined growth and potential M&A activity.

This hands-on role thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment and will bring structure and rigor to the function over time. You will partner with cross-functional leads in Operations, People, and Sales to preserve

Qualifications

• 6-9 years FP&A in high-growth or PE-backed SaaS.
• Strong fluency with SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC/LTV.
• Ability to build audit-ready, driver-based operating models.
• Comfort with unclean data and ambiguity in lean environments.
• Experience with M&A diligence and integration modeling.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with version control; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts.
• Own monthly performance package with KPI scorecards and variance analysis.
• Build scalable, driver-based models linking signals to levers.
• Establish SaaS/ARR reporting framework (NRR, cohort, CAC/LTV, unit economics).
• Own annual budgeting and multi-scenario models for runway and profitability.
• Provide scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for pricing and GTM.
• Support M&A diligence and integration modeling with senior deal leads.
• Coordinate with Operations, People, and Sales to maintain plan integrity.
