Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of P&L and how decisions affect financials.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription revenue forecasting and tracking (MRR, new customers, churn, price increases).
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes and monthly financial reporting.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain subscription models (monthly, quarterly, annual, long range).
• Develop unit economics framework: CAC, CAC payback, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio.
• Budget, track, and analyze marketing expenses and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with business to develop pipeline insights and analytics.
• Participate in month-end close and provide variance analysis and revenue recognition support (ASC 606).
• Lead, mentor, and develop financial analysts and partner with business.
