Senior FP&A Manager — Remote Revenue Forecasting Leader

Job summary

Corel, a software company known for CorelDRAW, WinZip and Parallels, is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A in the United States. You will own planning, forecasting, and topline explanations, including weekly billings forecasts and the annual operating plan by product.

You will directly build analyses, manage KPI scorecards for monthly reviews and the Board, and lead variance analyses with clear explanations of deviations.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in FP&A, sales finance or corporate finance.
• Experience in software, SaaS or subscription businesses, with hands-on billings or revenue forecasting and topline KPI work.
• Proven, hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) in daily finance work, not just casual use.
• A track record of building AI-assisted workflows that saved real time or improved quality.
• Good judgment on AI limits: you check outputs, tie them back to source and know when not to use AI.
• Expert financial modelling in Excel; comfortable with large, linked, driver-based models.
• Strong grasp of billings vs. revenue, deferred revenue and software revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Clear written and spoken communication, including presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the topline and KPI sections of the monthly operating review and quarterly Board materials for CFO review.
• Build and maintain a product-level KPI scorecard: a trimmed view for monthly reviews and a detailed view for the Board.
• Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year, with clear explanations of what drove each gap.
• Turn around CFO and executive data requests quickly and accurately.
• Planning systems & data: lead on planning system work (Planful) and data integration with Snowflake and NetSuite.
• Document models, planning calendars and controls so knowledge doesn't sit with one person.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and product teams on their numbers and ROI analyses.
• Support ad-hoc projects such as audits, cost programs and M&A analysis.
