Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a senior financial analyst/leader to drive forecasting and long-range budgeting for Store Operations and Real Estate. You will lead complex financial models, partner with senior leaders, and influence strategic decisions affecting capital allocation and store performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related business or retail experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level financial analytical support to department leadership for key business decisions.
• Design, perform, report, and present analyses addressing financial, operational and accounting implications.
• Deliver analytical support to senior management for quarterly investor calls and Board materials.
• Coordinate with leadership on strategic projects for Store Operations and Real Estate.
• Own process development and execution of Sale Leaseback and Fee Development programs.
• Support negotiations, business reviews and forecasts with senior leaders.
