The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A consolidations, influencing decisions across Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of related experience, strong Excel and business reporting skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 4–6 years of related business or retail experience.
• Experience using budgeting/forecasting tools and reporting software.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to leadership by analyzing performance and developing recommendations.
• Evaluate promotions and merchandising programs for ROI and profitability.
• Prepare and communicate recurring sales, gross margin, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and external market drivers to inform forecasts.
• Prepare period-end analyses and reporting on initiatives such as Big Ticket, Private Label, Inventory Valuation, and Direct Imports.
• Conduct financial and statistical studies in coordination with other departments.
• Support annual strategic planning and budgeting with validated assumptions.
