Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to join its FP&A organization in Chicago, IL. You will lead forecast processes, build driver-based models, and deliver executive-ready insights to support Real Estate Services and Cyber businesses.

You will partner with Data & Analytics, own variance analyses, develop dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and mentor a future team of analysts. Requires 7+ years FP&A, real estate experience, advanced Excel, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years FP&A or related finance experience.
• Real Estate industry experience required (e.g., mortgage origination, title insurance).
• Advanced financial modeling skills with Excel and planning platforms (Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM).
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to turn data into insights and narratives; drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous forecast and planning processes for assigned units, delivering forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Develop and manage driver-based financial models linking operational metrics to outcomes.
• Own variance analyses and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to design dashboards, integrate data sources, and standardize KPI definitions.
• Create executive-ready materials for senior leadership and the Board, including financial packages.
• Support ROI analyses, M&A modeling, and other strategic projects.
• Possibly oversee a team of analysts and build advanced modeling capabilities.
