Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc, based in Boston, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to own planning, forecasting and analytics across a broad expense base. You will partner with department heads to translate strategic priorities into credible financial plans and prepare Board-level reporting.

The role covers annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, monthly close, cash/runway analysis and variance reporting, with exposure to R&D cost centers and corporate functions across a clinical-stage biotech

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or accounting experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of multiple full budget and forecast cycles for meaningful cost centers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; auditable, flexible models.

Mansioni

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts and long-range plan for assigned areas.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for headcount, personnel costs, external spend, consumables, capital and allocations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with budget-versus-actual variance analysis and forward-looking commentary.
• Contribute to cash forecasting, burn analysis and runway management; support Board materials and external guidance.
• Build financial models for contracts, collaborations, capital equipment, software and facilities; assess resource allocation trade-offs.
• Model headcount plans, compensation cycles, recruiting plans and payroll/benefits forecasts.
• Work with Accounting on accruals, reclasses and spend validation; ensure policy alignment.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting templates and self-service reporting in NetSuite and planning tools; SOX-readiness.
