Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across projects and the enterprise. You will own forward-looking analyses and build scalable planning processes reporting to the Director of Finance.

The role collaborates with leadership to identify risks and opportunities, develops KPIs, and supports strategic initiatives while ensuring accurate month-end close alignment with planning and reporting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; ERP/FP&A tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close; three-statement linkages.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Comfortable with change management and agile processes.
• Experience with project management.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring forecasting across the business and provide updated outlooks.
• Explain drivers in variance analysis at project and enterprise levels.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for projects and company-wide.
• Build and maintain scalable financial models, templates, and tools.
• Coordinate with Accounting during month-end close for accuracy.
• Analyze business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Respond to ad-hoc leadership requests and drive reporting improvements.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies and PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
