ProPetro Energy Solutions seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will partner with Finance leadership to deliver monthly reports, drive variance analysis, and build scalable financial models for projects and overall enterprise performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, GAAP understanding, and experience with ERP/FP&A tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; ERP/FP&A tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for projects and enterprise levels.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain drivers across periods.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and assist business reviews.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for financial metrics.
• Collaborate with departments to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
