Job summary

Flix, a tech-driven travel company, is seeking a FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance management across North America. You will forecast, budget, analyze, and report, partnering with Head of FP&A and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong modeling and analytics skills, and a track record of translating complex data into clear insights. Hybrid work and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and communicating results.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning for North America.
• Own monthly performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Develop and track KPIs and operational metrics with actionable insights.
• Perform price, volume, mix, and driver-based analyses to support decisions.
• Partner with leaders, Accounting, and Operational Finance to align on drivers and forecasts.
• Identify process improvements to FP&A tools and reporting workflows using AI/automation.
• Support strategic and project-based financial analyses as needed.
