Job summary

Flix is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for North America. This role involves building financial models, analyzing performance, and communicating insights to senior leaders. You will drive efficiency with AI-aware improvements and partner across the organization.

You will own planning processes, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to align on financial drivers and strategic initiatives, enabling data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning for North America.
• Own monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for assigned areas.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Develop and track KPIs and operational metrics; translate data into insights for stakeholders.
• Perform price/volume/mix analysis to support decisions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with senior leaders and finance to align on drivers, results, forecasts, and reporting.
• Identify and implement FP&A process improvements, leveraging AI and automation.
• Support strategic and project-based financial analysis as needed.
