Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A in Norwalk, CT. This role provides financial guidance to the Marketing organization, partners closely with the Director of FP&A and Category Marketing Director, and oversees P&L forecasting and analysis for the category.

The position requires 10–15 years of financial experience, a BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, JDE, Hyperion, TM1, Anaplan, and Power BI. Hybrid work environment in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
• 10 to 15 years of financial experience in a profit driven organization.
• Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience in JDE, Hyperion Financial Management, TM1, Anaplan, Power BI a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate across functions and with international teams.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the operating plan, forecasts, and multi-year plans.
• Manage monthly financial updates with in-depth commentary of category results.
• Assist in strategic planning and analysis for multiple brands.
• Develop sales targets, promotional and new product investment options, and pricing.
