Tronox, a global leader in TiO2 pigment, seeks a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the Logistics team. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, driving cost insights and improvements across multi-currency operations.

You will interact with Controllership and leadership, leveraging OneStream, SAP, and Power BI to deliver accurate financials and strategic plans. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or MBA is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in FP&A at a large multinational.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP concepts.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Consolidations experience (multi-currency, intercompany).
• Experience in logistics/freight/cost management finance.
• Proficient with Excel; Power BI dashboards.
• Hands-on with SAP ERP/GL and other consolidation tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the direct Finance Business Partner to global Freight, Logistics, and Transportation leaders.
• Develop understanding of related cost structures and contracts.
• Lead timely annual budgets and five-year strategic plans; update forecasts monthly.
• Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Accurately accrue expenses for services and goods received but not invoiced.
• Develop and communicate monthly performance against key financial metrics.
• Identify process improvements with Controllership to drive efficiencies.
