Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytical reporting experience including data mining and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting.
• Experience with SQL and BI development is a plus; familiarity with Tableau/Teradata is beneficial.
• General knowledge of BI tools and reporting standards; comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and help implement consistent statistical standard operating procedures and evaluation methods for reporting to Senior Management.
• Mentor staff and set goals to increase department knowledge and growth.
• Lead a team to meet established deadlines.
• Create advanced insights from data and build visualizations for management.
• Develop and maintain routine reporting and analysis of financial performance against sales and margin objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with internal customers to meet reporting requirements.
• Provide financial modeling for Marketing and Entertainment programs.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to maximize performance via technology.
