Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for the Bossier area to support the Director of FP&A.

You will oversee forecasting, operating costs, revenue, and marketing program analyses to drive performance across the organization. You will develop advanced insights from data, create visualizations for senior management, mentor a team, and ensure timely, accurate reports that align with sales and margin objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytical reporting, including data mining and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Experience with SQL and BI development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement standard reporting procedures for senior management.
• Mentor and set goals for subordinates to grow the department.
• Manage a team to meet deadlines.
• Create insights from data and readable visualizations for management.
• Develop and maintain routine reports to measure financial performance against sales and margins.
• Maintain communication with internal customers to meet reporting needs.
• Analyze processes and recommend efficiency improvements via technology.
