Mission Produce, a global leader in fresh fruit, seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple entities. You will partner with leadership to align forecasts with strategic goals and deliver timely insight for decision making.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, self‑direction, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to optimize planning processes and systems globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles.
• Experience in agricultural industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with FP&A systems a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Develop annual capital budget with leaders and report variances.
• Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for leadership.
• Coordinate with international finance teams to align local forecasts with corporate models.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide FP&A system implementation and improvements.
