Job summary

LHH is recruiting a Financial Analyst for a healthcare services client in Tempe, AZ. This role partners with leadership to influence business decisions and drive financial performance across departments.

You'll support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, develop dashboards and KPIs, and present insights to executives. Ideal candidates have 1+ year FP&A, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Healthcare industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to business leaders and executives.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve financial performance.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
