Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Senior Manager Financial Analysis to partner with senior leadership and lead forecasting, budgeting, and cost allocation across business units. You will input data in the Onestream system, develop models, and provide monthly and ad hoc variance reports to executives.

The role requires 6–8 years of finance experience with at least 2 years in FP&A leadership, strong Excel/SQL skills, and the ability to influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within FP&A.
• Experience in early-stage startups and/or high-growth companies.
• Exceptional budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis skills, with expert understanding of Excel & SQL.
• Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an environment with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to all management levels.
• A team player and seasoned people manager with an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit.
• Advanced Excel Skills (power user).

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and decision-making models to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Manage accurate rolling forecasts and review budget vs. actuals with the senior leadership team, highlighting risks and variances.
• Partner with management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding strategy, financial plans, new business planning, and operations forecasts.
• Interface effectively with all organizational levels to share financial data, updates, and goals regularly.
• Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within the department, overall finance, and business partners.
• Complete ad hoc requests from various business partners internal and external to Finance.
