Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel-based forecasting, modeling and executive presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting and ERP/reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecasts, and rolling forecast across markets and functions.
• Develop driver-based models for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, EBITDA and cash.
• Translate driver data into forecasts and sensitivities.
• Analyze profitability by market, branch, customer and service-line to drive margins.
• Partner with Operations on labor productivity, staffing and capacity.
• Prepare monthly exec reviews, leadership reports and board materials.
• Work on investment cases, pricing economics and headcount plans.
• Support acquisition due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.
• Define KPI framework and reporting definitions with Finance and IT.
