Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across its multi-entity services platform. You will partner with executives to connect financial results with market performance, labor productivity and growth decisions.

The role reports to the CFO and collaborates with IT on data infrastructure and automated reporting. Strong Excel modeling and ERP experience are essential in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel-based financial modeling, scenario analysis and executive presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and ERP/reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes across markets and functions.
• Develop driver-based models for revenue, margins, Opex and EBITDA.
• Translate sales and labor drivers into actionable forecasts and scenarios.
• Analyze profitability by market, branch, customer and service line.
• Prepare monthly operating reviews and executive commentary; support investment cases.
