Tapestry, Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager of Global Corporate FP&A to lead monthly close, forecasts, and board materials.

You will partner with Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, and Strategy to deliver high-context analyses that drive leadership decisions. The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to redesign forecasting, improve accuracy, and speed, while managing bonus and equity payout processes and reporting to the VP of Global Corporate FP&A.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of finance experience in a high-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of Month End Close, Monthly Forecast, Board materials, and Senior Leadership reporting.
• Manage the weekly CFO update with brand feedback to forecast quarterly outcomes.
• Champion use of AI tools to create insightful KPI dashboards for business decisions.
• Reimagine forecasting processes by integrating new technology for speed and accuracy.
• Partner with Investor Relations on financial models and messaging for management reports.
• Oversee annual bonus and equity payout processes and communicate results.
• Lead global Capex and real estate consolidation reporting infrastructure.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across the brands and corporate functions.
