Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead monthly close consolidation, forecast development, and Board materials.

You will partner with Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Strategy and global brand FP&A teams, reporting to the Vice President of Global Corporate FP&A. You will drive process improvements with new technologies and AI-powered dashboards, shape the end-to-end forecasting, and manage annual bonus and equity payout analytics, while building strong

Qualifications

5+ years of finance experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in FP&A, investor relations or management consulting is valued.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; AI tool experience is a plus.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the Month End Close and Monthly Forecast processes.
Prepare Board of Directors and senior leadership materials.
Deliver weekly CFO updates with trend insights.
Champion AI tools to design KPI dashboards.
Improve end-to-end forecasting speed and accuracy.
Partner with Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Strategy and global brand FP&A teams.
Oversee annual bonus and equity payout calculations.
Lead global Capex and real estate consolidation reporting.
Build robust reporting infrastructure across brands.
