Qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of finance experience in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven business.
• High proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle EPM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of Month End Close, Monthly Forecast, Board materials, and senior leadership reports.
• Manage the weekly CFO business update, incorporating brand feedback and trends.
• Champion AI tools to design insightful KPI dashboards for business decisions.
• Reimagine forecasting processes by integrating new technology for accuracy and speed.
• Partner with investor relations and finance teams; update models with forecasts.
• Oversee annual bonus and equity payout calculations and communications.
• Lead global Capex/real estate consolidation and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop strong partnerships across functional groups within Tapestry.
