Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Fiber Supply FP&A team. You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis to guide leadership decisions and drive performance. This role partners with operations and procurement to translate performance into financial impact.

You will oversee monthly close activities, develop financial models, and drive process improvements across finance functions while coaching two direct reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or business analysis experience; manufacturing/supply chain exposure preferred.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close knowledge.
• Advanced Excel, familiarity with financial systems, reporting, automation, and data visualization tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial planning and analysis support for the Fiber Supply organization.
• Analyze monthly financial results and provide insights on budget, forecast, and variances.
• Lead monthly forecasting processes and support annual budgeting.
• Prepare financial reports, bridge analyses, management presentations, and performance summaries for leadership.
• Partner with operations and procurement to translate performance into financial impact.
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and account monitoring.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, controls and data visibility.
• Support cost savings initiatives, capital investments, and operational improvement projects.
