Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting experience.
• Ability to influence decisions through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for assigned facilities.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with plant and commercial leaders to evaluate revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models for long-term planning.
