Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in California seeks a Senior Finance Manager in Corporate FP&A to support enterprise-level consolidation across the Entertainment & Sports segments. You will craft forecasts, operating plans, and long-range plans, delivering executive-ready narratives to leadership and the Board.

You will partner with senior finance leaders to model scenarios, analyze performance, and drive strategic recommendations that align near-term actions with Disney's long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, strategy, or related finance experience.
• Proficient in building executive-ready financial presentations.
• Experience with Cognos and Oracle EPM preferred.
• Strong modeling and scenario planning skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A deliverables including quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range plans used by executive leadership and the Board.
• Develop executive-ready materials that clearly communicate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs to multiple audiences.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying key drivers, variances, and emerging trends across revenue, costs, profitability, and KPIs.
• Partner closely with segment and business unit finance teams to validate assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and align near-term performance with long-term strategic objectives.
• Support enterprise-level strategic analyses, including valuation work, scenario modeling, and investment decision support across businesses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, Segment Planners, and other finance teams to support long-term planning, capital allocation, and external financial messaging.
