Job summary

Disney is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to shape enterprise-wide forecasts, operating plans, and long-range analyses for the Entertainment & Sports segments. You will partner with senior finance leaders to translate data into clear narratives for the Board and executive leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of FP&A, strategy, or related finance experience.
Expert in Excel and PowerPoint with executive-level presentation skills.
Experience with Cognos and Oracle EPM is preferred.
Strong financial modeling skills: P&L, cash flow, valuations, scenario planning.
Able to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
Attention to detail for senior leadership and Board materials.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A deliverables for quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and long-range plans.
Develop executive-ready materials communicating performance, risks, and strategic tradeoffs.
Monitor performance, identify drivers, variances, and trends across revenue, costs, profitability, and KPIs.
Partner with segment and business unit finance teams to validate assumptions and align near-term with long-term objectives.
Support enterprise-level analyses, including valuation work, scenario modeling, and investment decision support.
Collaborate with Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, Segment Planners, and other teams on long-term planning and messaging.
