Job summary

Activision Blizzard is seeking a Manager for Corporate FP&A in Playa Vista, CA. This role leads integrated companywide analysis, supports AOP, forecasts, and quarterly close, and partners with senior leadership to drive performance insights.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will coordinate inputs across regions, perform variance analysis, and advance Hyperion-based planning while supporting automation and strategic objectives for our King and broader corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate inputs across multiple functions and regions.
• Hyperion/Essbase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Forecast and Quarterly Close processes.
• Coordinate data gathering across regions and business units; prepare analyses for senior leadership.
• Prepare journal entries, reclasses, and accruals for month-end close.
• Drive standardization and evolution of Hyperion-based planning processes; automate reporting where possible.
• Assist with Microsoft integration projects and cross-functional collaboration.
