Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead the enterprise financial planning, forecasting and performance management for the organization. You will partner with business-unit and corporate finance leaders to translate drivers into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The role involves advancing finance transformation through automation and emerging technologies, preparing Board-level materials, and guiding a team in a fast-paced, hybrid environment at the Mettawa, IL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or accounting experience.
• Ability to distill complex financial information into concise, executive-ready insights.
• Experience with modern finance technologies and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Partner with leaders to identify drivers of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for board and leadership.
• Drive automation and adoption of AI-enabled tools across finance.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and manage finance team members.
