Job summary

Gong is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A to own the financial analytics that inform the CFO and executive team. You will build and challenge the consolidated financial model, forecast ARR, and design a framework for revenue that blends subscription and consumption-based streams.

You will partner with GTM Strategy and lead the monthly close and quarterly forecast with rigorous analysis. You will translate data into insights, craft narratives for leadership reviews, and help guide strategic

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, equity research, or high-growth company FP&A.
• Deep command of enterprise SaaS metrics: ARR, NDR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, cohort retention, gross margin by product line.
• Bonus: experience modeling consumption or usage-based revenue.
• Advanced financial modeling that is auditable and robust.
• Experience with financial planning tools and ERP/CRM systems.
• Prior exposure to high-growth or pre-IPO environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated financial model and P&L narrative, challenging assumptions.
• Drive ARR forecasting and revenue analytics with GTM Strategy teams.
• Build financial framework for hybrid revenue with subscription, usage, and credit-based streams.
• Lead scenario modeling and strategic analysis for executive decisions.
• Co-lead monthly close, quarterly forecast, and annual planning processes.
• Improve forecast accuracy with leading indicators and gap closure.
• Prepare CFO-level reports and management presentations.
