Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to sit at the center of how the company understands its financial performance. You will own the analytical work informing the CFO and executive team, applying rigor from investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting to a fast-scaling SaaS business.

You will drive ARR forecasting, model hybrid revenue as Gong shifts to consumption-based pricing, and lead monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, equity research, or high-growth company FP&A.
• Deep command of enterprise SaaS metrics: ARR, NDR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, cohort retention, gross margin by product line.
• Bonus: experience modeling consumption or usage-based revenue.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; auditable models.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's consolidated financial model and P&L narrative, continuously revising assumptions.
• Forecast ARR and revenue analytics with GTM Strategy, analyzing cohort/segment/product drivers.
• Model hybrid revenue for consumption-based pricing alongside subscription ARR.
• Lead scenario modeling and strategic analysis for exec-level resource allocation.
• Co-lead monthly close, quarterly forecast, and annual planning with executive input.
• Improve forecast accuracy by identifying misses and developing leading indicators.
• Prepare CFO-level reports and management presentations, telling the story behind the numbers.
