Qualifications

• 5–10 years of accounting/finance experience in manufacturing or public accounting.
• Experience in project management and financial management, including budgets and variance analyses.
• Process improvement experience and strong data skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support annual budget process for Bendix CVS.
• Lead FP&A team to support budgets, financials and reporting.
• Support Strategic Planning and drive improvements in financial reporting.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership.
• Prepare month-end close and explain variances to leaders.
