Job summary

Knorr Bremse Group seeks a senior FP&A professional to join the North America finance team in Avon, OH. The role supports Bendix CVS planning, budgeting, and reporting, driving analysis and process improvements across financial systems and data.

You will mentor FP&A analysts and partner with operations to deliver timely, accurate insights. The position requires extensive accounting/finance experience, IFRS knowledge, and strong communication skills to influence business decisions and drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance in public accounting or manufacturing.
• Experience in project management and/or financial management, including budgets and variance analysis.
• Process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and FP&A concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the annual MOP budget process for Bendix CVS.
• Lead the FP&A team to support budget, financials and reporting.
• Support the annual Strategic Planning Process.
• Lead projects to improve financial reporting.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and explain variances vs. plan/forecast.
• Partner with business and operations to inform data-driven decisions.
