Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead FP&A for the global sales organization from Sunnyvale, CA. You will shape a data‑driven reporting framework, linking billings to revenue and optimizing contribution margins across hardware and services.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, HR, and Accounting to drive headcount planning, commission modeling, and timely OPEX management, while advancing AI‑assisted analytics to streamline forecasting and month‑end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in FP&A or Sales Finance in tech/cybersecurity environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial reporting and revenue forecasting for global sales.
• Own headcount, expense, and commission modeling, including deferred commissions.
• Drive integration of analytics and dashboards into FP&A workflows to accelerate projections.
• Act as financial partner to Sales leadership and HR for planning cycles and variance analysis.
