Beiersdorf Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking a finance-focused professional to lead overhead cost planning and forecasting with full ownership. You will partner with payroll, IT, facilities, HR, and corporate services, and analyze variances to ensure strong financial reporting.

The role requires a solid accounting background, experience with GE/overhead expenses, and advanced SAP CO/PA knowledge. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting is essential, with MBA/CPA preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in a multinational CPG company.
• Strong accounting background with deep understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
• Experience managing GE/Overhead expenses and handling confidential information.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, including CO/PA assessment cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to implement new processes and standardize reporting with stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
• Base Salary Range: $118,900 - $149,100 base salary. Actual placement may vary.
