Beiersdorf is seeking a Manager, FP&A – Overhead Costs in Stamford, CT, on a hybrid schedule. You will lead forecasting, planning, and analysis of General Expenses and support month-end close tasks, journal vouchers, and reconciliations as a trusted adviser to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes delivering insights that shape strategic GE spend decisions, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with department heads to meet financial targets in a multinational setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3–5+ years in a multinational CPG company.
• Strong accounting background with balance sheet and income statement knowledge.
• Experience managing GE/Overhead expenses and handling confidential information.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, including CO/PA assessment cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to implement new processes and standardize reporting with stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
• Base Salary Range: $118,900 - $149,100 base salary.

Your Tasks

• Lead overhead (General & Administrative) cost planning and forecasting cycles with full ownership and accountability.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to functional leaders across Payroll, IT, Facilities, HR, and Corporate Services through standardized monthly reviews.
• Analyze monthly overhead spending variances against budget and forecast, identifying key cost drivers and trends.
• Prepare and post expense reclasses and journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost management, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
• Manage cost center structures, reporting governance, and chart of accounts administration.
• Review cost allocations and expense drivers to ensure accurate departmental reporting and accountability.
• Lead accounting activities related to accruals, provisions, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Other Income & Expense.
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and financial bridges versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities and partner with business leaders to achieve financial targets.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)

We are seeking a Manager, FP&A – Overhead Costs to lead forecasting, planning, and analysis of General Expenses. This role will also support general accounting functions, including month-end journal vouchers and account reconciliations. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will provide insights that shape strategic decisions around GE spend.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and is based in Stamford, CT on a hybrid working model. Candidates must be able to commute to Stamford three days per week.
