CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing manufacturing company with a strong emphasis on financial planning, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, partnering with manufacturing and leadership to drive strategy and performance.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to influence profitability and reporting capabilities while supporting strategic initiatives and capital investments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred with cost/inventory/operational finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate financial insights and partner with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented in a dynamic, growing business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models for performance evaluation.
• Partner with operations, manufacturing, and leadership to assess costs and margins.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, variances, and other metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management presentations, and KPI dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and financial controls.
• Support month-end close activities, variance reporting, and analysis.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and capital expenditure analysis.
