Carolina PRG partnered with an established industrial organization to seek a Senior Manager of FP&A who will connect financial planning with operational performance and strategic growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role involves guiding investment decisions and enhancing financial visibility across multiple locations.

The role involves partnering with executive leadership and regional teams, with travel expected and a strong emphasis on analytics, systems, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis.
• Experience supporting industrial, distribution, or manufacturing businesses.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred; multinational experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build models translating revenue, margin, Opex, and cash flow into expectations.
• Partner with commercial, ops, and supply chain leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
