Carolina PRG partners with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst for its Corporate FP&A team. The role offers broad visibility across Finance, Accounting, HR, IT and other corporate functions, with leadership exposure and ownership of key financial processes.

The Senior Financial Analyst will own planning, forecasting, and reporting, and will interact with senior leaders to discuss performance and business drivers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own key components of corporate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including budget vs. forecast vs. prior periods.
• Understand business drivers and explain variances clearly.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with senior leadership and executives.
• Partner with functional leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and projections.
• Monitor corporate expenses, headcount, and major spending categories.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close and reporting.
