Carolina PRG is partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst for a highly visible role within its Corporate FP&A team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in accounting and/or financial analysis and is ready to take on broader responsibility and regular exposure to senior leadership.
This is a lean, fast‑paced finance organization where team members are expected to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and operate as true business partners. The Senior Financial Analyst will have broad visibility across the organization and will work directly with leaders in Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and other corporate functions.
This position will have significantly more leadership exposure than a typical Senior Financial Analyst role. The successful candidate must be comfortable interacting directly with executives and functional leaders and be able to communicate financial information in a clear, concise, and credible manner.
We're looking for someone who can move beyond simply preparing the analysis to owning the analysis—understanding the assumptions, anticipating questions, explaining variances, and confidently participating in conversations about business performance.
Broad exposure. Rather than owning one narrow area of FP&A, this individual will gain visibility across corporate functions and the broader organization.
Executive interaction. The role provides regular exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop executive‑level communication and business‑partnering skills.
Career growth. As the organization continues to grow and team members advance, this person will have opportunities to take on increasing responsibility within Corporate Finance or potentially move into a more operationally focused finance role.
Opportunity to learn. The environment is lean and fast‑paced, which means there will be times when priorities shift and multiple projects need attention simultaneously. For someone who enjoys being challenged, that also creates significant exposure and the opportunity to develop quickly.
Growing organization. This is an opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth and gain experience in a sophisticated, performance‑driven finance environment.
