Job summary

Endeavor Air seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A team and own the financial outlook for the organization. You will present to senior leadership, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

The role partners with Delta Finance, creates value through insightful analysis, and ensures accurate, executive-ready reporting for business decisions. Travel and leadership of a 3–5 person team are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a dynamic finance or accounting role.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to present to and influence senior leadership (VP level and above).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owns the financial outlook and identifies risks and opportunities.
• Crafts narrative for senior management that informs decisions.
• Partners with Delta Finance to align on variance narratives.
• Leads FP&A team and reporting to support business decisions.
• Drives continuous improvement in FP&A processes and analytics.
