Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA a big plus.
• Public accounting background a big plus.
• 4+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, planning, and business case development.
• Build financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration planning as opportunities arise.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and financial reporting packages.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business unit leaders.
• Identify and drive process improvements within financial planning and analysis functions.
