The successful candidate should have over 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and advanced analytical skills. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $140,000 to $185,000, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Track record of building scalable FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team.
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators.
• Prepare the monthly reporting package for executive review.
