Do you enjoy collaborating with leadership on translating strategy into business plans and financial projections? If so, you can play a key role in Laird Norton’s financial organization as it re-deploys a substantial amount of its capital into new investments. You will contribute by maintaining the alignment of plans and key financial projection models to the Company’s strategy and investment activity. You will also be responsible for generating fact-based reporting narratives for the Company’s major investments and overall performance. Laird Norton prioritizes its teams’ professional development, and would encourage your use of the latest technology and tools to continuously improve its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will report to the CFO and play a critical role in supporting the leadership of Laird Norton in managing its overall portfolio and reporting on results to its management, board and family members.

Reporting
This position reports directly to the CFO of Laird Norton Company. The role will collaborate meaningfully with other corporate leaders, peers in accounting, tax, operational and investment roles, and subsidiary financial leadership
