Job summary

Confie is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager to lead planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for the US Non-Standard Insurance Retail business. You will work with the Senior Dir, FP&A, guide the team through the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, produce monthly financial reports, and deliver insights to drive ROI and business performance.

This role requires 5+ years in financial analytics, strong Excel and Tableau skills, and the ability to partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analytics.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Full P&L budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with in-depth business analytics.
• Knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for US Non-Standard Insurance Retail.
• Oversee annual budget, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Provide insights and analytics to drive business performance.
• Partner with leaders to improve business analytics and ROI.
• Act as FP&A liaison for assigned areas.
• Prepare monthly management reporting.
• Create ad-hoc analyses to drive strategy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end.
