Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience with strong analytics, modeling, and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA a plus).
• Proven supervisory experience with mentoring and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Excellent Excel skills with emphasis on business analysis and strategic insights.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel focus).
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or Anaplan is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and proactiveness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team delivering financial support and insights.
• Own end-to-end planning: annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Champion FP&A best practices, improving forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain financial and capacity models for investments and cost centers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
• Lead initiatives to reimagine FP&A workflows with AI.
• Partner with executives providing data-driven financial analysis for decision making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
