Job summary

Slope is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own core planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, building and automating the financial infrastructure for a rapidly growing company. This 100% remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

You will build and own financial models, drive investment decisions with unit economics analyses, and automate reporting with AI to enable self‑serve dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles; high-growth startup experience is a plus.
• AI-forward, with a track record of using AI to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, or build tools.
• Strong modeling skills that improve forecast accuracy, streamline reporting, and support dynamic scenario planning.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks (or similar ERP), and AI tooling like Claude Code; familiarity with SQL or Sigma is a plus.
• Skilled at partnering cross‑functionally across the business to translate plans into action.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Excited to build scalable processes, enable self‑serve reporting, and support strategic decision‑making across the company.
