Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to own the economic model of the business, including burdened P&L, cost structures, and capital allocation. You will partner with Fulfillment Operations, Commercial, Technology, Accounting and Executive Leadership to drive data-informed decisions and board-ready analyses.

Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
Experience supporting operations-intensive businesses (fulfillment, logistics, eCommerce).
Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Build fully-burdened P&L and cost visibility by units, facilities, and clients.
Rebuild OpEx and shared services allocation methodology.
Define data requirements for burdened reporting and partner with Data/Accounting.
Support board reporting and forecasting of business unit economics.
Model real estate decisions, capacity and lease exposure; ROI for automation.
