Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, Washington seeks a Finance Manager to own site-level financial modeling, capital funding, and multi-year network build-outs for fulfillment operations. You will independently partner cross-functionally to ensure timely funding and successful launches, including payback analyses and investment alignment.

The role requires strong ownership, ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaboration with Real Estate, CAPEX, and operating finance teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience across multiple roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to drive financial performance.
• Experience dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain site-level financial models for new fulfillment network launches.
• Own CAR funding process: prepare financial packages and drive approvals.
• Conduct tradeoff analysis on site locations and configurations across networks.
• Track capital spend against budgets during construction and ramp.
• Manage financial handoffs from business case to site launch with FP&A teams.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, CAPEX, and network teams on investment alignment.
• Support network-level business cases with site data and risk escalation.
• Contribute to OP and MEC deliverables for new network launches.
