Job summary

BWXT/PCC is seeking aSenior Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, consolidation, budgets, forecasts, and cash projections. This on-site role is based at our York, PA facility and reports to the CFO.

You will collaborate with business unit leaders and BWXT corporate finance to improve financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and support audits, while mentoring the accounting team and deputizing for the CFO as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years financial experience with at least 3 years leading FP&A in manufacturing.
• Experience as finance manager, controller, FP&A manager, or senior finance role with executive exposure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, macros, pivots).

Responsibilities

• Owns consolidation of segment results for all business units with monthly/quarterly statements.
• Leads variance and trend analysis against budget/forecast and recommends corrective actions.
• Partners with business units on financial analysis to drive improvement.
• Leads preparation of financial forecasts and directs forecast update cycles.
• Evaluates business models and scenarios for leadership decisions.
• Manages reporting in the consolidation software and trains others.
• Reviews journal entries and reconciliations for the accounting team.
